Right-wing extremism is a serious threat to democracy in the U.S. and many other countries

The right-wing attacks on honest democracy in the U.S. are occurring in other nations too.  They SERIOUSLY THREATEN democracy in the U.S. and elsewhere.  Ordinary people need to organize smart strategies to protect honest democracy, human rights, immigrants, religious minorities, etc.

I wrote this short encouragement in July 2022:  Authoritarianism is replacing democracy in several parts of the world.  In the U.S., Turkey, parts of Europe, etc., authoritarianism (with fascist tendencies) is displacing democracy.  This is yet one more problem that is GLOBAL in scope and requires a GLOBAL solution.  We who value honest democracy must reach out to our friends and our organizational allies who support democracy, while we also reach out to those who want peace, a sustainable climate, global economic justice, etc., etc., etc.
