Recent history has proved this many times:
In the 1960s Congress passed civil rights legislation only because the Civil Rights Movement forced them to.
Grassroots organizing against nuclear weapons forced the U.S. government to enact several treaties in the 1960s.
President Obama opposed LGBTQ rights to marriage until the grassroots movement forced him to support equal rights.
The list goes on and on.)

I’ll conduct each workshop twice each week from mid-January to mid-February 2022, so you may CHOOSE:
EITHER 6 Sundays afternoons (1:30-3:30 pm Pacific Time) from January 16 through February 20
OR 6 Monday evenings (6:30-8:30 pm Pacific Time) from January 16 through February 21
If you have a scheduling conflict on any day, you may flex to the other day that week for that week’s workshop.
Since the late 1960s Glen Anderson has devoted his life to working as a volunteer for peace, nonviolence, social justice, and progressive political issues. He has worked through many existing organizations and started several. Over the years he has worked especially for such wide-ranging goals as making peace with Vietnam, eliminating nuclear weapons, converting from a military economy to a peacetime economy, abolishing the death penalty, promoting nonviolence at all levels throughout society, and helping people organize and strategize for grassroots movements to solve many kinds of problems. He writes, speaks, and conducts training workshops on a wide variety of topics. Since 1987 he has produced and hosted a one-hour cable TV interview program on many kinds of issues.
