Click to sign petition to free Rodney Reed, who is INNOCENT but still in prison

This came on April 28, 2023 from the Grassroots Law Project, www.grassrootslaw.org

For over 2 decades, Rodney Reed has been rotting in jail for a crime he did not commit with a death penalty looming over him.

With a lot of effort, we were able to remove the death penalty for him — and now we have more good news on this case.

With unbelievable support from you, Glen, this week the Supreme Court has cleared the way for Rodney Reed to use DNA evidence to prove his innocence. This is HUGE news!

But we still have a long way to go to Rodney’s freedom. Will you visit FreeRodneyReed.com to learn more about Rodney’s case and add your name to the petition to bring him home?

SIGN THE PETITION

It hasn’t been easy to get here. Mountains of evidence exonerate him, yet all that evidence was hidden from the all-white jury that convicted him of murder and sexual assault.

Countless requests have been filed in order for new evidence to be reviewed, DNA testing to be used, and a confession from the victim’s husband to be heard, and all of them have been denied.

Until NOW.

The Supreme Court’s decision is a major step in clearing Rodney Reed’s name and bringing him home.

That work couldn’t have been done without you. Your commitment, perseverance, actions, and contributions have gotten us this far.

But the work isn’t done yet. We must continue pushing forward in partnership with the Reed Justice Initiative until Rodney Reed is exonerated and FREE. Click here to sign the petition right NOW.

Together, we were able to get the execution date removed, and we have fought to get the Supreme Court to use DNA evidence in the case. So it’s only together that we will carry this over the finish line and bring Rodney Reed home.

Thank you for taking action,
