Most of the federal spending for nuclear weapons is in the Dept. of ENERGY budget, not in the Dept. of “Defense.” I don’t know how much of the spending for space weapons is in the budgets of the various agencies. Nations that ratified TPNW — and some other nations — met June 21-23 to follow up
