Trump VIOLATED the Outer Space Treaty — and the Constitution — by creating the “U.S. Space Force” as the sixth branch of the U.S. armed forces

In 1967 the U.S. became part of the Outer Space Treaty, which protected space as a global commons to be used for peaceful purposes. The U.S. Constitution explicitly declares that treaties become the supreme law of the land.

Trump VIOLATED the Constitution when he VIOLATED the Outer Space Treaty by creating the U.S. Space Force as another branch of the U.S. military.  This violation of the Constitution is YET ONE MORE IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE!

See this article by one of our nation’s greatest experts on this kind of issue:

The U.S. has been militarizing space – and publicly stating its intention to do so – for many years. Long ago I hosted the late Jackie Hudson (from the Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action, discussing the U.S. government’s plan for militarizing space. In my archives I have a copy of the U.S. government’s 1997 booklet “Vision for 2020” published by the United States Space Command. This was one resource – along with Jackie’s extensive knowledge and other factual information – upon which we built the TV interview on which Jackie was a guest.

The government has been proceeding along that path for decades now. Just like with everything else Trump is doing, he is NOT the originator of the evil policies, but merely the latest person to be escalating them. We must remove Trump from office AND ALSO reverse his reckless policies, which are ILLEGAL under international law, and which VIOLATE the U.S. Constitution!

ALSO, just recently NATO blessed Trump’s new branch of the U.S. military, the “Space Command.”  SEE THIS ARTICLE:
