Let’s organize a savvy grassroots movement to significantly reform the Port of Olympia!

For many years local folks have been frustrated that the Port of Olympia has been hurting the environment, violating principles of honest democracy, and abusing Thurston County’s taxpayers.

We can solve problems if we organize a strategically savvy grassroots movement to educate the public and elect good Port Commissioners.

I’m offering a series of 6 FREE online workshops providing practical ways to strategize and reach out effectively to the voting public and various constituencies so we can build a strong, grassroots movement to significantly reform the Port of Olympia.
The workshops will help you make better progress on other issues you care about too.

I have conducted these kinds of workshops many times for people who want to make progress on other issues.  Participants find them enjoyable, informative, and practical.

Each 2-hour session includes discussion time.  I’ll e-mail you some practical handouts for each session.

Six engaging sessions offer powerful insights, practical methods, and useful handouts:

#1  “The Power and Practicality of Nonviolence – What is Nonviolence?”

#2  “How to Strategize and Organize Effective Grassroots Movements”

#3  “Organizing 101:  Basic Nuts & Bolts of Grassroots Organizing”

#4  “Use Three Models to Devise Strategies to Make Progress on Issues You Care About”

#5  “Empowering the Progressive Movement”

#6  “How to Get Your Message Out to the General Public”

We’ll use Zoom computer video for six WEDNESDAYS from September 21 through October 26 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

SIGN UP NOW.  I’ll e-mail you the Zoom link and the handouts for workshop session #1.

These workshops are TOTALLY FREE.  I donate my time in order to strengthen movements for nonviolent grassroots organizing on various issues.
