Some so-called “renewable” energy is actually dirty! We need clear definitions and enforcement.

An incinerator in Maryland burns garbage, chicken wastes, etc., and pollutes the air and stinks up the neighborhood, but it gets subsidies from utilities and ratepayers for producing “renewable” energy. These kinds of abuses and subsidies occur in other states too.
