You visited this blog because you care about important issues, such as peace, climate, economics, democracy, social justice, human rights, or ___________.
YOU can make MUCH MORE PROGRESS on important issues by strengthening your skills in organizing nonviolent grassroots movements!
Let’s set smart goals and devise smart strategies. Let’s reach out to the public more effectively than we have been doing. Let’s devise ways to be more effective in how we nonviolently push the people who have the official power to serve the broad public interest.
ALL OF US — new people, experienced organizers, and everybody in between — can STRENGTHEN OUR SKILLS and add resources to our “toolboxes” so we can make more progress in working on our issues.
That’s why I’m offering my 6 FREE ONLINE WORKSHOPS.
Please see information on the flyer I posted at this link – and SIGN UP NOW!
Let’s build strong nonviolent grassroots movements that will push governments, big businesses, mainstream media, and other entrenched entities to do what is needed — and let’s creatively work around them to accomplish good goals despite their obstinacy.
Recent history has proved this many times:
- In the 1960s Congress passed civil rights legislation only because the Civil Rights Movement forced them to.
- Grassroots organizing against nuclear weapons forced the U.S. government to enact several treaties in the 1960s.
- President Obama opposed LGBTQ rights to marriage until the grassroots movement forced him to support equal rights.
- The list goes on and on.)
SIGN UP NOW for my series of 6 FREE ONLINE workshops on Nonviolent Grassroots Organizing so YOU can empower yourself with insights, strategies, and practical ways to MAKE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS on issues YOU care about.
