In Feb. 2019 young people urged U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein to help the climate, but SHE REBUFFED THEM!

In February 2019 Brave New Films (www.bravenewfilms.org) reported this:

Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein’s reaction when a group of kids showed up at her office to ask her to back the #GreenNewDeal shows how dangerously out of touch the establishment is. We met up with these young leaders to get their response…

Watch this 2-minute video of the U.S. senator rebuffing the young people:  https://www.facebook.com/bravenewfilms/videos/2212412422356629/

Another short video of this horribly patronizing response by a Democratic U.S. Senator:

This very short video a group of young people try to convince Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein to support the Green New Deal. Her response is unbelievably patronizing and negligent.

Most of the mainstream Democratic Party’s “leaders” are destroying the climate – and they are destroying the Democratic Party. Their behavior is unacceptable.  These Democrats are REBUFFING the young voters and progressive voters that they need to be attracting if they want to increase voter turnout and defeat Republicans.  Unfortunately, many mainstream Democrats are killing their party by antagonizing what should be their “base.”
