What does “parallax” mean?
The Establishment — mainstream culture, politicians, media, and other parts of the status quo — keeps seeing the world in conventional ways that keep perpetuating the world’s problems. In order to change the world in better ways, we need to start seeing things differently. Put one finger in front of your nose and another finger farther away. Close one eye. Then open it and close the other. Your fingers will seem to move. This is called a “parallax” view. This blog addresses a wide variety of issues and invites people to look at them from fresh perspectives. Enjoy looking at recent posts, and enjoy digging around in the collections of various posts that I will be adding frequently long into the future.
Look for an increasing variety of topics in the .pdf Library on the menu bar above and in the “Categories” list at the right.
As I continue to add postings, I will add more “categories” in the area at the right side of the screen – and more also in the .pdf Library tab near the top of this page. Click on any category to see informative, insightful articles and other resources.
